When you build local treatment facilities, it is important to determine the filter blocks that will be the main components of this installation. It is important for this:
– Firstly, to evaluate the technical and economic conditions where the alleged equipment will be placed and mounted (given the necessary areas for construction);
– Secondly, what placement, ground or underground, has its positive and negative sides from the point of view of the economy, ecology and technical side;
– Thirdly, enterprises, which, according to the classifier of the Research Institute of Vodgeo, belong to the second group and correspond to the “recommendations for calculating the system of the collection, diverting and cleaning of surface runoff from residential areas, enterprises and determining the conditions for its production in water bodies” must have a designation of the required device of accumulating capacity ;
– fourthly, enterprises that have a technology of possible separation of surface drains (these are enterprises of the first group in the classification of the Research Institute of Vodgeo), it is proposed to consider the possibility of mounting the technological scheme of the local treatment structure intended for stormwater using flowing regimes or persuade their choice towards accumulation wastewater in accumulating containers. This will make it possible for the production of subsequent cleaning of the drain directly on the treatment plant in complete factory readiness, which are made of fiberglass.
It should also be taken into account that in order to make the most correct decision regarding a specific system of disposal and purification of surface runoff, and, importantly, a certain choice of structural nuances of installing a cleaning structure for storm sewers, the following must be taken into account:
– indicators of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of surface drains at the entrance to the corresponding treatment facilities of storm waters: flow indicators, the presence of solid mineral pollutants in the composition of solid mineral pollutants, maximum concentration of soluble pollutants;
– Determination of the individual type of discharge of already purified water: discharge into the sewer (urban, industrial), drainage due to storm sewers, discharge into a natural reservoir;
– The technical possibility of applying certain technological estimates of local treatment facilities under the planned estimated estimates in the established individual conditions.
