  • March 1, 2019

Until recently, the plaster was for all ordinary – white thick mass, which was used only as the basis for subsequent work. But today the facade plaster price is a full -fledged wall coating.

To achieve the best result and the desired visual effect, plaster should be applied in several layers. Plaster is an environmentally friendly material, you can plastered walls in absolutely all rooms, including rooms with high humidity. To clean the walls and bring them into the original form, you can use simple water with a small amount of powder, soap or other detergent.

But there is a small drawback, which is most likely connected not with operation, but with the removal and application of plaster. In this case, before starting work with plaster, it is recommended to paste the wall with special gaskets so that the next repair layer is removed with it.

The most common types of plaster can be called: Danish and Venetian plaster.

Danish plaster is also called “liquid wallpaper”. Such wallpaper contains textile fibers, cotton and cellulose. They were originally intended to create textured coatings without a single seam, or simply completely smooth surfaces.

You can buy Danish plaster in powder or liquid form. To bring powder material to the working mixture, you need to use water -based paint. To work with the mixture, you can use a special drug for spraying the paint – spray gun, or roller. You can use liquid wallpaper on concrete and drywall surfaces and the result will be wonderful, without visible defects.

As for the Venetian plaster – it is a high -quality decorative material that is very similar to a natural stone. The basis of Venetian plaster is quartz, lime, malachite, granite or marble dust. To create a texture resembling a dashing stone, you need to choose larger dust. Dust is connected to slaked lime and receive a consistency resembling thick sour cream. With the help of coloring pigments, the mass gives the desired shade.

It is not recommended to apply Venetian plaster on a metal and wooden surface to form cracks. Plaster is applied in three layers on the initially prepared surface. Dried material must be treated with bee wax. It will give the plaster a more natural look and make it more similar to a natural stone.
