Real estate consumers are not only individuals and legal entities who have acquired property in property.
Real estate consumers are tenants, users, managers, t. e. All business entities that have acquired the right to use real estate forever, or for a specific time in their entrepreneurial activity, depending on whether this activity is a profitable or incomprehensible.
Some of the industrial marketing specialists share real estate consumers, as well as real estate suppliers in the form of ownership: state, communal, private. We consider this division inappropriate, because all subjects of the industrial real estate market are carriers of economic interests.
