Warm profile.
To create building structures, aluminum has been used for many decades (60 years), but for glazing windows in residential buildings it began to be used relatively recently. The reason is that this material has a significant drawback – high thermal conductivity. Structures made of aluminum freeze in frosty weather through. Therefore, in the production of windows for heated rooms, an integral aluminum profile is used, in which there is a thermal -insulating insert of polyamide reinforced with fiberglass between two aluminum profiles. Professionals call such a liner a thermomust or thermal extension, and a multi -chamber aluminum profile is “warm”. The use of thermal clads can significantly increase heat and sound insulating characteristics of the profile. Warm profile can have up to seven chambers – thus, the width of the thermal discharge increases.
Warm profiles are made by many companies in Belgium, Germany, Italy and Russia. Sales up to 2000 mm in width and 2500 mm in height, designed for the weight of the double -glazed window up to 200 kg, are made from a warm profile. Their production uses only the best equipment for the production of double -glazed windows. Stain metal, by powder spraying, receiving the most diverse color scheme.
Windows from a warm profile on the inside are often decorated with decorative overlays from noble wood – oak, beech, grab. One of the fastening options: a layer of plastic is glued to the wooden lining, which is attached to the metal by sliding planting.
Leaders in the production of wood -aluminum windows – Italian firms.
Large beautiful windows from floor to ceiling, called the French window, are most often produced from aluminum warm profile, which for beauty is made from the inside with a natural tree.
