Executive shooting in construction.
In any construction, there is a need to conduct a geodetic executive survey, the result of which is executive documentation. It can include both text and graphic materials depending on the specifics of the object. Executive documentation reflects the actual execution of design solutions in kind, that is, the placement of the construction object and its individual elements. Executive shooting should be carried out at each stage of construction.
Executive schemes are compiled in accordance with the current regulatory and technical documents, the requirements of the state supervision bodies, author and technical supervision. Schemes and executive drawings are executed in accordance with the rules provided for in GOST, SNiP and other regulatory and technical documentation.
In some cases, the state supervision bodies check the executive documentation using instrumental methods.
Each modern architectural bureau or construction organization owns the necessary equipment, experience and knowledge in order to reliably and accurately detect and show in executive documentation any deviations from the construction project.
Executive shooting, depending on the needs of the customer, can be performed separately or as part of geodetic works carried out to ensure construction in general.
A separate type of executive shooting is the shooting on engineering networks, as well as the shooting of pits. This is due to the significant costs of working time for the implementation of this type of executive shooting and the processing of its results.
When constructing underground communications, it is necessary to carry out executive geodetic survey of their actual position. Typically, shooting is carried out before falling asleep and pits, but in some cases other options are possible.
The composition of executive drawings should include the components:
– situational scheme (scale 1: 2000);
– topographic plan with bindings of the points of the communication route (scale 1: 500);
– longitudinal profile on the axes of built engineering networks;
– catalog or statement of the coordinates of the points of the underground engineering network (in the case of coordinating the points of the tracks).
Additionally, the drawing of the drawings and plans of wells, chambers, sections of collectors, cases, channels, cable bags and cable sewage units, as well as other elements indicating linear sizes are executed. In addition, a scan of cable wells of engineering networks is made.
At the request of the customer, documentation for specialized operating organizations may be drawn up, as well as the delivery of executive shooting to the corresponding state bodies.
